It’s a full body workout which builds strength, not only in the upper body but also your core, as well as improving flexibility & balance. It may also involve some spinning (if that’s your thing).

Spinning, rolling, and hanging upside down – aerial hoop has them all! Our children’s classes are exciting and engaging with the benefit of fitness on the side. For younger children the focus is on fun, with exciting tricks they’ll want to do again and again. Older children and teens benefit from progression techniques to further their skills and self-confidence. They’ll be desperate to show off what they’ve achieved!
